He recently called to walk me through a policy change—one that could’ve easily caused alarm—but he explained everything clearly, including why the $1,000 deductible was necessary and how long it would apply. He even helped me locate past claims from 2022 and 2024 that I didn’t recall, showing real attention to detail. Tate isn’t just knowledgeable—he’s kind, responsive, and genuinely invested. Whether by text, email, or phone, he makes communication effortless. When I first reached out, we were uninsured and needed coverage immediately. Tate didn’t hesitate—he got us set up that same day. "I grew up in a family underwriting business for decades, and insurance agency that worked for Lloyds of London. We trained many people on the industry and i have NEVER SEEN A LAZIER AND LESS TRAINED PERSON THAN: Sarahi Velasco Estevez Account Representative, Lic#: 20084935. After 3 days of waiting, she can NOT figure out how to do 1 SIMPLE quote for 1 car. After having all relevant information on day 1. Any reputable/honest agent can finish a simple quote in a half of a day or less. Run from this unorganized place. My wife went to school with Justin, did mission work and loves God like he does, but his staff drove us away quickly! He lost business insurances, assets and cars, as well as ongoing business referrals from our 20 years of business clients; from unmotivated/ unhelpful/un-trained (Sahira) - incorrectly. First impressions and honesty are everything. Sahira knew we needed a QUOTE BY NOON TODAY and COUND NOT UNDERTAND HOW TO DO THE QUOTE WITH 3 DAYS TO COMPLETE AN EASY TASK!"
