I came in to get added to an existing policy, and Isaac made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. Insurance can sometimes feel confusing, but he took the time to walk me through everything and patiently answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out to me was his demeanor. He was incredibly kind, professional, and calm the entire time. You could tell he genuinely wanted to help and make sure I understood what was happening with the policy. At no point did it feel like he was trying to push anything unnecessary or take advantage of the situation — which is something people worry about when dealing with insurance. The pricing was also very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. Isaac explained how the pricing structure works and how adding multiple cars to the policy actually helps bring the cost per vehicle down, which made the whole thing even more worthwhile. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I truly appreciated how helpful, transparent, and patient Isaac was throughout the process. Great customer service and a fair price — highly recommend working with him if you need help with your insurance!"
